Raja Nandlal chaudhary mandloi

Raja Nandlal chaudhary mandloi (zamindar) founder of Indore and first king was a GaurBRAHMIN. 

He developed his founding city as a rich and trade centre of India and get the title of mandaloi from mughals. During the Peshwa period he make alliance with Bajirao_I ruler and end the surzerainty of mughals from malwa region.
